Return Policy and Delivery Times
We want you to shop worry-free and to enjoy your purchase! Because our products are made-to-order, these items are created just for you. If they are returned, they will most likely not be resold, and we will take the loss, but more than anything I want you to like and enjoy your purchase! If you are not happy, just reach out and we will do our best to get you what you are looking for!
If you're not satisfied with your order, we do accept returns. Here’s how it works:
- Returns - Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. If you simply change your mind about your purchase, to be eligible for a refund, please return the item in its original package and original condition within 15 days to Strongside-Apparel PO Box 21, Marionville, MO 65705, and we will refund your purchase price once we receive the item. We kindly ask for you to pay the return shipping since we covered the cost of shipping to you. Hope that's fair enough.
- Damaged or wrong item received - If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please email us a photo within 15 days that clearly shows the problem with a brief note describing the issue to stephen@strongside-apparel.com. We will be happy to email you a paid return shipping label to the email address you provided when you placed the order so there is no cost to you. You will have the option of an exchange for a different size or design, replacement of the same item, or a full refund.

Delivery times - We appreciate your patience for the delivery of your item(s) as these are created just for you and we hope you feel special, because you are! Estimated delivery depends upon the item you purchase. Creation plus shipping is approximately 3 weeks total, but life is full of adventure and we are so thankful you have chosen us to play a small part in yours! You will receive notification when you place your order as well as when your item has been created and shipped!
